" First, she doesn't have to prove or convince anyone of anything. She has not committed any crime that would make one doubt their trust in her. She only has to be true to herself. And second, when are non-African Americans going to realize that we are like "everyone else." Why would we be a separate constituency? Last I checked, we are Americans first and foremost. We have red blood coursing through our veins like everyone else. We are normal, human beings, too.
