Colony Capital which is the private equity group that recently bought the loan on Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch wants him to headline a Las Vegas show as one of various repayment options for his $23 million debt. The company owns the Las Vegas Hilton as well as a major share in the Station Casinos chain.Colony Capital CEO Tom Barrack told The Wall Street Journal :
