Mariah Carey was pictured leaving San Lorenzo Restaurant in London last night.Various media outlets are reporting that Mariah has secretly been dating rapper Nick Cannon.Apparently the two got in a relationship after Nick starred in a music video for one of Mariah’s upcoming single.One of Carey’s friend said:

“Mariah is the master when it comes to keeping her relationships secret. Even though she’s a big star, she likes to keep her private life to herself.”
