Kanye West has decided to put his Beverly Hills house on the market.This decision comes weeks after the rapper lost his beloved mother Donda West .
The property is located on Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills was listed on Realtor.com with an asking price of $8,699,000.The two-story, 34,580 sq. ft. home sports six bedrooms, four baths, and a detached garage.We can imagine that it must be hard to go to an empty house.

Well, I can understand Kanye West selling his $8.7 Million dollar mansion located on Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills . However, for two-story, 34,580 sq. ft. seems bit of an exaggeration. As a residence of a Beverly Hills, there are very few mansions that are over 20,000 sq.ft. of living space unless you are talking about 34,580 sqft for the lot size. Average Beverly Hills homes cost about $700 to $1000 per sq.ft. This means the mansion would be around $30-$50million dollar range.
