Jay-Z is taking over Sirius Satellite Radio’s Hip-Hop Nation channel 40 for one entire week.The rapper will be hosting Jay-Z Nation today.Jay-Z’s latest album, “American Gangster,” will be released Tuesday.The CD is inspired by the new movie co-starring Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe by the same name about Harlem drug lord Frank Lucas.
