To quote: "Michael Jackson is not a musical genre". Aside from that, he must be held accountable by public opinion. His judicial process was a joke just like most celebrities', his apologies were calculated and only came after losing much money in endorsements. He is a modern music act, therefore he's based on image more than musical talent. That's how he played it from the start, or rather the adults in charge of him played it. His image is now that of a womanbeater, and for good reason since he beat a woman. His talent is debatable, but given his character, it doesn't justify the priviledge in which he lives in.
