New Orleans Police have confirmed that RnB singer Tank, aka Durrell Babbs, was tasered and arrested at a roadblock at the NBA All-Star Weekend along with his girlfriend Ira Dewitt.According to reports:
Tank was arrested for disorderly conduct during NBA All-Star Weekend in New Orleans on Monday morning, and the R&B singer has accused New Orleans Police of assaulting him. Tank was on his way to an afterparty for the NBA All-Star Weekend at the House of Blues with a female friend, Ira Dewitt, in the early hours of Monday, when they were prevented by police from venturing into the club due to a shooting in the area.

R&B singer Tank whose real name is Durrell Babbs was arrested and tasered while leaving House of Blues during the New Orleans All-Star events earlier today.Tank and his female companion Ira Dewitt were apparently harassed by police after a shooting occurred outside of the club.The singer paid the heavy price of being arrested for telling the police to be a bit more respectful when addressing common citizens.Ira released the following statement:
We were treated like animals. The police force showed a complete lack judgment, control and professionalism.

Zoey Mykhale weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long.
