Prince graces the cover of the June 23rd 2008 issue of Jet Magazine.The artist who celebrated his 50th birthday last weekend will release his first book, “21 Nights,” which is inspired by his 21 sizzling consecutive performances in London’s O2 Center during the summer of 2007.The book will feature never-before-published pictures by acclaimed photographer Randee St. Nicholas, poetry by Prince and a CD, “Indigo Nights,” of live after-show sessions.

Prince Book: Prince “21 Nights” Book
Prince will be publishing a book called 21 Nights, where he will be revealing intimate details of his life through 124 color behind-the-scenes photos, lyrics, and poems. The book will be accompanied by a live CD of Prince’s sold-out “21 Concerts In 21 Nights” at London’s 02 Arena in 2007.Judith Curr of Atria Books said:

Prince Suing YouTube
Prince is launching legal action against YouTube which is owned by Google Inc.
The ‘Purple Rain’ singer is suing for copyright infringement, and unauthorized use of clips of his performances and music videos.
A statement released on the singers behalf,reads :
“Prince believes that as an artist, the music rights must remain with the artist and copyrights should be protected across the board.”
“YouTube are clearly able to filter porn and paedophile material but appear to choose not to filter out the unauthorized music and film content which is core to their business success.”
