Nicole Ari Parker “Never Better” Role

Nicole Ari Parker has been cast in ABC’s comedy called “Never Better” along with Damon Wayans.According to sources:

The Marc Buckland-directed “Never Better,” from ABC Studios, centers on Keith (Wayans), a recovering alcoholic trying to be a good husband and father. Parker plays Keith’s wife, Allison.

Also cast in the show is Matt Winston as Keith’s AA leader.

Boris Kodjoe and his wife Nicole Ari Parker were photographed at the Waverly Inn last night in NYC.Boris will star in the new Broadway production of “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”.Kodjoe who is a former model will take over the lead male role because the production’s original star Terrence Howard will be on a six-week leave to fulfill contractual commitments.According to production spokesperson Joe Trentacosta:

Kodjoe will take on the role from April 15 through May 22 in the Debbie Allen-directed play, which also stars Tony Award winners James Earl Jones, Phylicia Rashad and Anika Noni Rose.
