Brandy Right Here (Departed) Single,Human Album - Brandy was pictured backstage at an LL Cool J concert at the LQ in New York with Heavy D last week.Brandy will release her fifth studio album called Human on November 11th,2008 via Epic Records.The singer explained:
“Human is my most personal album to date.” “I have grown so much since my last album. Being able to express myself and my journey through my music is a feeling I can’t describe. With this new chapter of my life it feels good to have Rodney, a familiar face, by my side again. He brings out emotions in me like nobody else.”
The artist will reportedly shoot a music video for her single “Right Here (Departed),” very soon,the track was produced by Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins.

Brandy Questioned About Fatal Crash

Brandy is currently being deposed in the civil case of her fatal car accident that took place in December 2006.The singer was seen being dropped off at her lawyer’s office earlier today in L.A..
Although the L.A. City Attorney decided not to file criminal charges against the artist Aboudihaj’s husband is suing Brandy for an undisclosed amount.

As previously reported,Brandy was not to blame for the 2006 fatal car crash ,therefore she will not face vehicular manslaughter charges.
The L.A. City Attorney came to the decision to not file any charges but the singer is still facing a crop of multi-million dollar lawsuits brought forward by Awatef Aboudihaj’s family.

Brandy was photographed at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week events in L.A. last night.
The singer is currently putting the finishing touches on her untitled fifth studio album which is scheduled to hit stores by the end of 2007.
