Al Sharpton,who is currently under investigation for income tax fraud, is facing another scandal.
The New York Post has accused him of extorting money out of corporations by threatening to march on their businesses and boycott their services if they do not provide donations to his National Action Network. Al Sharpton Arrested Sean Bell Shooting Protests
Al Sharpton along with other protesters were arrested on the Brooklyn Bridge earlier today.Sharpton had joined hundreds of demonstrators in blocking traffic to protest against the acquittal of three New York City Police detectives who fired 50 shots that killed Sean Bell.Sharpton said:
“Today we want motorists to think about how three people were shot 50 times by officers,” “It’s about multiple gatherings to show real concern, so the federal government will have to deal with the public outcry and say, “wow people are so upset in New York”…feeling the civil rights are at risk here, that we have to look into this in a serious way,”
40/40 Club Grand Opening

Beyonce and Solange Knowles were pictured at Jay-Z’s grand opening of the 40/40 Club at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas that went off without a hitch last night .
Jay-Z showed up looking sharp in a tux, but all the attention was drawn by his girlfriend, Beyonce Knowles, and her sister Solange who both worked the red carpet looking very lovely.
During the course of the evening, there was also a birthday party for basketball star LeBron James, Jay-Z told the crowd:
“I just want everyone to have a good time and not get caught up in the whole glitzy pretentious clubbing thing. But I’m up for a big night, and a big year next year. Good things are gonna happen.”
A press report describing what patrons of the club can expect tells:
“The 40/40 Club, named after one of sport’s most prestigious achievements - 40 home runs and 40 stolen bases in the same season, combines a multi-level ultra sports bar with a chic lounge all under the direction of hip-hop mogul Jay-Z.” Providing the ultimate in sports and entertainment, the 40/40 Club will feature an eclectic menu including The Picnic (fried deviled eggs and southern-fried chicken sticks with the special 40/40 sauce), signature 40/40 burgers, and wings amongst other items. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer Al Sharpton was caught on tape in 2003 proposing Ronald A. White who is a fund-raiser win a $40 million pension-fund deal in New York in exchange for helping him raise $50,000 for his presidential campaign.
The FBI has found more than 20 conversations between Sharpton and Ronald that were recorded in 2003 .During the talks between the two men ,White offered to help raise $25,000 instead. The paper wrote:

Federal authorities have raided Rev. Al Sharpton offices yesterday. The feds have subpoenaed financial records and employees in an apparent probe of the Rev. Al Sharpton’s 2004 presidential bid, nonprofit civil rights group,for-profit businesses and records, which go back to 2001.CNN reports:
