Crime Wave Video 50 Cent – A new video from 50 Cent titled “Crime Wave” premiered online on Thursday.According to reports the song is taken from the rapper’s upcoming “Before I Self Destruct” album that will be released on November 23, 2009 through Interscope records.Here is how Fiddy described the project to MTV News recently:
“I meant for it to be a little harder and what I fell in love with about hip-hop and within hip-hop,” ‘Before I Self Destruct’ is absolutely harder than ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin” or other projects in between.”

Forest Whitaker Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Hyde Movie:50 Cent – Here is a strange combination for you.Rapper 50 Cent and Academy Award-winning actor Forest Whitaker will be starring in a new adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic 19th century novel The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.The executive producer of the upcoming film Luc Roeg told Variety:
“The combination of such formidable talent in front of and behind the camera will turn this wonderful gothic story into a modern classic for a whole new generation.”
Forest Whitaker will take on the role of Dr. Jekyll who invents a potion that can unleash his violent alter ego Mr. Hyde played by 50.

50 Cent Taco Bell Name Change
Taco Bell is challenging 50 Cent to change his name to 79, 89, or 99 Cent for one day for charity.The fast food chain said:
On Wednesday, Taco Bell requested that 50 change his name to 79, 89, or 99 Cent for one day to promote the chain’s new “Why Pay More” value menu.
As part of the deal was asked stop by any Taco Bell restaurant of his choosing and rap his order at the drive-thru using his new moniker. In return, the chain would donate $10,000 to a charity of his choice.
“We know that you adopted the name 50 Cent years ago as a metaphor for change. We at Taco Bell are also huge advocates for change… We encourage you to ‘Think Outside the Bun’ and hope you accept our offer.”

50 Cent ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins has accused him of orchestrating a huge fire that nearly killed her and their ten year old son last night.The rapper and Shaniqua have been embroiled in a bitter fight over the $1.4 million Long Island home for several months.Tompkins told reporters as she was released from a Long Island hospital today:
