Beyonce Knowles and boyfriend Jay-Z were pictured outside of their hotel and leaving an airport in Paris,France earlier today.The couple spent few days in the city of love to celebrate Jay’s birthday.Beyonce might be sending a message to the photographers with that middle finger.
