Jay-Z’s nightclub 40/40 is facing yet another lawsuit.
A former sales associate of the 40/40 Club named Folake Ogundiran has filed a lawsuit claiming she was fired because her pregnancy was considered “inconsistent’ with the “young, fashionable, unattached, and sexy” image preferred for employees .
Ogundiran’s lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court says that a female supervisor reacted to her baby news by saying she couldn’t run a business “like this” and telling her not to bother showing up for work the following day.

Oprah Winfrey has traveled to her South African all-girls school twice in one week following reports of alleged abuse taking place at the school.
It was reported that one of the matrons fondled at least one girl, choked another one and cursed out several students.Which led to one of them to run away.
Oprah broke down in tears to parents of her $40 million girls’ school in South Africa Sunday, apologizing for the recent allegations of physical and sexual abuse there.

Jamie Foxx will star in a new movie called “The Zebra Murders: A Season of Killing, Racial Madness, and Civil Rights.”
The Oscar-winning actor will reunite him with “The Kingdom” ’s Matthew Michael Carnahan.
The film is based on the 2006 book by Prentice Earl Sanders and Bennett Cohen.
Foxx, will play Prentice Earl Sanders, one of two black detectives determined to crack a series of racially motivated serial killings in 1973-74 San Francisco.
Sanders becomes chief of police after the detectives successfully win their own battle against racism within the department.
Brad Pitt , Dede Gardner and Jaime Rucker King will produce alongside Foxx .
Jeremy Kleiner, Marcus King and Shelby Stone will executive produce the project.

Rapper T.I. was pictured as he made his way through a crowd of fans while leaving the Federal Courthouse.A federal judge decided to release T.I. on a $3 million bail on Friday in Atlanta.But he ordered the rapper to be placed under house arrest as he waits for his trial on felony weapons charges.
T.I. whose real name is Clifford Harris, will be restricted to a home in suburban Henry County,.
And all of his movements will be tracked 24/7 by a private monitoring service,that he has to pay for.He can only leave for hearings and court-approved medical appointments.
At his release T.I. said:
“I want to thank all the fans for their support,” the rapper told reporters as he approached his SUV following the hearing. “Due to the severity of the situation, I can’t say much more.
“I want to get all of this behind me.”
The King of the South is back on his castle.
